COVID-19 Important Shipping Information

Due to the current COVID-19 situation, we are working hard to ensure that your orders are dispatched as quickly as possible and we would like to thank you for your patience and support.

With the increased volume of online orders and in addition to new COVID-19 safety measures taken in our warehouse, we are practicing social distancing to ensure our staff are working safely and taking precautions. Due to all these measures, shipments and deliveries may experience delays. Our delivery partner is also committed to deliver all orders safely in light of the numerous challenges presented by this pandemic.

 

Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping for orders above $80 within Australia.
  • Free shipping is not available for commercial or wholesale/bulk orders.
  • Orders below $80 will incur a flat rate of $9.95 standard shipping.
  • Express shipping with a flat rate of $15 within Australia.
  • We may at our discretion offer limited Free Shipping promotions from time to time based on the following :

- Order is placed during a stated promotional period

- Free Shipping offer is only valid for Australian territories

- Offer is not available for commercial or wholesale/bulk orders.

 

    Shipping Method
    Please note that we will only ship orders to Australian Postal address and PO Boxes are not accepted by our courier partner. Package will be picked up by our courier partners and they will deliver them to your stipulated address. If no one is available to take delivery of your package, your package will be left at a safe place at your address.

    If you have a specified recipient who is not you, for delivery purposes, you accept the evidence of a signature by a person who identifies themselves as that person at that delivery address, it will be taken as evidence of delivery to you and fulfilment by us.

     

    Tracking your parcel 
    Our delivery partner will send out an email to you once package has been picked up from our warehouse. You can therefore track your package with the link provided in the email.

     

    Cancellation or change
    It may be possible for you to cancel or change your order if your order has not been processed in our warehouse. Please contact us at hello.au@oeteo.co to find out more.

     

    Timing of delivery and other important information
    Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. 

    Delivery may take between 2 to 14 business days, depending on your location and the availability of stock. Whilst we endeavour to fulfil all orders, please note that some items, sizes or colours may not be available at time of dispatch. We will then get in touch with you and your mode of payment ( e.g credit card ) will then be refunded for items not available.

    Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of www.oeteo.com.au
