RETURNS & REFUNDS
oeteo.com.au handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
We are committed to provide you with quality products and a pleasant shopping experience at OETEO Australia.
In the event that you:
1) Would like to exchange or return your items due to Change of mind/ ordered the wrong size:
- All merchandise(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt together with proof of purchase.
Please note that ALL sales, outlet and discounted items are NOT eligible for exchange.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, masks sold are non-exchangeable / non- refundable as well.
- Item(s) have to be in its original condition (new, tags intact, unwashed, unaltered) and packaging.
OETEO Australia reserves the right to refuse an exchange should the returned item(s) not meet these requirements or if the product(s) has been damaged by the recipient due to lack of care.
- Options available: 1-for-1 exchange (for different size / colour) will be processed accordingly or refunds in form of store e-credits (coupon code) with validity of 90 days for eligible items. Return credit time frame will not be extended if unused.
- Shipping cost of returning item(s) will be borne by customers and is non-refundable/ non-liable for store credits.
Kindly snap shot a picture of your return mail to us, in case of a lost mail.
OETEO Australia will not be liable for any lost mail for the returned goods.
Please arrange for a trackable shipping service should the item amount be above $20 and above.
- Exchange item(s) will be mailed out via normal postage. Please allow up to 10 working days for this process to be fulfilled.
2) Received a wrong item/ defective product:
- While we strive to ensure that all orders are correct and of the best quality, should you receive any wrong or defective item(s), kindly contact us at email@example.com together with the snap shot of the wrong product/ defective area and we will assist you from there.
- Kindly return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt together with proof of purchase.
- Postage will be reimbursed for all items acknowledged to be defective.
